Technical Skills
Requirements: Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene legislation Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a care or healthcare setting Previous experience leading a kitchen team Menu development and budgeting experience Leadership and team supervision skills A compassionate and resident-focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of health and safety and infection control Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends Aged 18 or over (due to the nature of the role) Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
