Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Interim Registered Manager to lead a six-bed specialist service supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs. The service has a strong reputation for delivering person-centred, high-quality care, and is supported by a well-established, experienced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to guide an established service through its next phase of development while ensuring continued excellence in clinical and operational outcomes.
Experience
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
Experience in a leadership role within healthcare
Background in learning disabilities and/or complex care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Sound understanding of operational and financial management
Experience working with commissioners and provider collaboratives
Ability to work flexibly, including on-call responsibilities
Aged 18 or over (DBS check required)
