Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm, plus on-call duties
Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead a new CQC-registered Transport Service, specialising in Mental Health and Non-Emergency Patient Transport. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and promoting a culture of dignity, safety, and person-centred care. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape and lead a responsive, supportive transport service for individuals with a range of care needs.
Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role
Sound knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
Strong understanding of risk management, care planning, and safeguarding
Experience in complex care or mental health support settings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a responsive, fast-paced service
Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
Aged 18 or over
Subject to enhanced DBS check
Desirable:
Valid UK driving licence
Experience in mental health or transport-related care settings
