Nzinga Group LLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Development and M&A Manager to drive and manage the company's mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing potential business opportunities that align with Nzinga Group’s long-term growth strategy and mission.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships that support the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to identify potential targets, trends, and opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, working closely with internal and external teams to evaluate business, financial, operational, and legal risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present financial models, investment cases, and deal structures for senior management and board review.
- Lead or support negotiations with potential acquisition targets or partners to ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals.
- Oversee the integration process post-deal, ensuring smooth transition and value realization.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to ensure successful deal execution and post-acquisition integration.
