Job Summary
The Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (EVP & CFO) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial strategy, operations, and stability of Nzinga Pictures Entertainment. The EVP & CFO will work closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team to ensure the organization’s financial health while supporting its growth objectives. The role requires a strong leader capable of driving financial performance, risk management, and strategic decision-making within the entertainment industry.
Experience
Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or similar leadership role, ideally in the entertainment or media industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the financial strategy for Nzinga Pictures Entertainment in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support business decisions and ensure profitability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including investment decisions, industry volatility, and operational risks.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with investors, shareholders, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and performance insights.
- Drive operational improvements by overseeing financial controls, cost-saving measures, and efficiency initiatives across departments.
- Lead the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
