Construction Project Manager

Skilled Trades & Construction | Project Management | Full-Time

Location: United States - Multiple Markets

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Benefits

Nine Before Noon is building its network of experienced construction professionals for future opportunities with contractors and construction businesses. We're interested in connecting with Construction Project Managers who can take ownership of a project, bring people together, and keep quality, programme, and budget moving in the same direction.

What a role like this could involve:

• Managing construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and internal teams
• Managing schedules, budgets and project documentation
• Monitoring project progress and identifying risks before they become problems
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Communicating with clients, contractors and project stakeholders
• Reviewing plans, specifications and project requirements
• Supporting procurement and change-order processes
• Keeping leadership informed on project performance, challenges and milestones

What we'd typically look for:

• Experience managing commercial, residential or specialist construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project delivery
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and skilled trades
• Confident budget, scheduling and project-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• The ability to lead calmly when plans inevitably change
• Relevant qualifications, licences or certifications where required

Technical experience matters. But so does your ability to communicate, make decisions, earn respect and keep a team moving when a project gets complicated.
