Landscape Operations Manager

Landscape & Horticulture | Management | Full-Time

Location: United States - Multiple Markets

Salary: $70,000+ plus benefits

What a role like this could involve:

• Overseeing day-to-day landscape operations across multiple crews and projects
• Leading, supporting and developing field teams
• Coordinating labour, equipment, materials and project schedules
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation
• Building strong relationships with clients and resolving issues proactively
• Monitoring productivity, budgets and project performance
• Working closely with leadership to improve processes and support business growth

What you'll bring:

• Experience within landscaping, horticulture, grounds management or a related green industry
• Previous experience leading teams or operational functions
• Strong understanding of landscape installation and, most importantly, maintenance operations
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance quality with productivity
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to leadership
• Relevant licences or certifications where required by the role or location
