About the Company:

A specialist medical imaging software organization developing advanced imaging solutions for healthcare providers. The business offers a collaborative environment where clinical professionals work closely with software developers, researchers, engineers and senior leadership.

Role Overview:

• Provide clinical applications support for specialist imaging software, including customer training, software configuration and issue resolution.

• Train physicians, technologists and other clinical users at hospitals and customer locations.

• Develop educational content, user guides, clinical documentation and product materials.

• Support product demonstrations, research projects and collaboration across sales, software development and clinical teams.

• Travel regularly across the United States, averaging one to two overnight stays per week.

Key Requirements:

• Nuclear medicine experience, relevant cardiac imaging experience, or a strong academic or professional background in cardiac biology or physiology

• Candidates from healthcare technology or related fields will only be considered where they can demonstrate relevant cardiac knowledge or experience

• Nuclear Medicine Technologists are strongly encouraged to apply

• Candidates from cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography or other relevant cardiac imaging backgrounds may also be considered

• Strong understanding of, or clear aptitude for learning, cardiac anatomy, physiology and function

• Experience with imaging systems, clinical software, image processing or applications support is advantageous

• Relevant associate’s or bachelor’s degree, certification or professional registration preferred

• Strong communication, training and problem solving skills

• Willingness to complete initial training in South Michigan and travel regularly

Working Arrangement:

• The role can be offered on either a South Michigan-based or hybrid basis.

• Hybrid candidates will be required to spend time onsite in South Michigan during the initial training period to learn the technology and work closely with the wider team.

• Once fully trained, the role becomes more flexible and combines home-based working, customer travel and periodic onsite collaboration.

Ideal Candidate:

• A Nuclear Medicine Technologist looking to move away from direct patient care into a broader clinical applications and technology role

• A cardiac imaging professional with the clinical foundation to become an expert in imaging software

• Confident training physicians, technologists and other clinical users

• Technically curious with a logical and analytical approach

• Clear written communication and documentation ability

• Organized, self directed and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Collaborative, adaptable and interested in expanding their knowledge across software, clinical applications and product development
