Imaging Service Engineer

Location: Eastern Iowa

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 + Benefits

Equipment Supported: X-Ray Systems & Mammography

The Opportunity

An established and growing medical imaging service provider is seeking an experienced Imaging Service Engineer to support healthcare facilities throughout Eastern Iowa.

This field-based role focuses on the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of X-Ray and Mammography systems. You'll work directly with hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare providers to ensure critical imaging equipment operates reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, maintain, and repair X-Ray and Mammography systems

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and system upgrades

• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime

• Maintain accurate service documentation and compliance records

• Build strong relationships with customers and clinical staff

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience servicing medical imaging equipment

• Strong experience with X-Ray and/or Mammography systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
