An established healthcare technology services organization is seeking an experienced X-Ray Service Engineer to support hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare facilities throughout Pennsylvania.

The successful candidate will have experience servicing X-Ray systems and related imaging equipment, along with strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
The Role
As an X-Ray Service Engineer, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and equipment installations across your assigned territory.
You'll work directly with radiology departments, clinical teams, and facility leadership to ensure imaging equipment remains reliable, compliant, and operating at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs on X-Ray imaging systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults
• Complete equipment installations, upgrades, and system commissioning
• Respond to service calls and provide technical support to healthcare facilities
• Maintain accurate service documentation and compliance records
• Build strong relationships with customers and clinical staff

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience servicing X-Ray or diagnostic imaging equipment
• Previous biomedical equipment experience preferred
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing preventative maintenance, calibrations, and repairs
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics
• Associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
