Imaging Field Service Engineer

Location: New Mexico, Albuquerque preferred (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: Up to $95,000 + benefits

About the Company:

A respected independent service provider is looking to add an experienced imaging engineer to its regional field service team. The company supports hospitals and outpatient facilities with reliable technical service, fast response times, and long-term customer support across diagnostic imaging equipment.

Role Overview:

This is a field-based role supporting general radiography and X-ray systems across New Mexico, with Albuquerque or central New Mexico being the preferred base. You will carry out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service support for healthcare customers across the state. Some occasional travel into neighboring states may be required, depending on service demand.

Key Requirements:

• Experience servicing general radiography, X-ray, DR, or related imaging systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills across X-ray equipment

• Previous field service experience within medical imaging preferred

• OEM training on major X-ray platforms would be advantageous

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electronics, biomedical engineering, or a related field

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across New Mexico

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
