Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization providing high-quality imaging solutions across the United States. They are seeking an experienced On-Site Imaging Engineer to support a major medical centre in Northwest Texas, ensuring equipment reliability, patient safety, and exceptional clinical outcomes.


The Role


As the dedicated on-site engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for all imaging service needs within the hospital. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position working closely with clinical teams to maintain and optimize essential diagnostic systems, including CT, MRI, X-ray, and Nuclear Medicine equipment.


Key Responsibilities


On-Site Equipment Support: Deliver immediate technical assistance, troubleshooting, and repairs directly within the hospital environment.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance, calibrations, and system checks to reduce downtime and enhance equipment performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate daily with radiology teams, management, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Service Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant records of all service activities, repairs, and equipment status.

Parts Coordination: Manage and monitor on-site spare parts inventory to support efficient, timely repairs.


Candidate Profile


Experience: Proven, hands-on experience servicing and repairing advanced medical imaging systems (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X-ray).

Technical Strength: Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical repair capabilities.

Team-Oriented Approach: Ability to build positive working relationships and adapt effectively to a clinical environment.

Professional Communication: Confident, clear, and patient-facing communication skills.

Reliability: Comfortable in a permanent, on-site role with day-to-day responsibility and visibility.
