Salary: $180,000–$300,000 + Full Benefits

Role Overview:
This position provides full-spectrum diagnostic medical physics services across North Carolina and the surrounding region. Responsibilities include performance evaluations of radiographic, fluoroscopic, mammography, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and PACS systems. Additional duties include shielding design and verification, scatter surveys, radiation dose assessments, and assistance with ACR accreditation. The role involves regional travel and requires both independent work and collaboration within a highly skilled physics team.
Key Requirements:
• MS or PhD in Medical Physics or related discipline
• ABR certification in Diagnostic Medical Physics desirable; board eligible candidates considered
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong technical expertise across diagnostic imaging systems
