Job Title: Therapeutic Medical Physicist
Location: El Paso, TX (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $220,000–$300,000 + $20,000–$30,000 Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview:
Provide clinical medical physics support at a busy radiation oncology center equipped with Varian TrueBeam, Elekta microSelectron HDR, Eclipse, Oncentra, ARIA, and MOSAIQ systems. Duties include treatment planning, QA, protocol development, and safety oversight. The role involves occasional travel to a secondary clinic located 20 miles away.
Key Requirements:
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP-accredited program
• ABR certification (or equivalent)
• Active Texas license and RAM license eligibility
• Hands-on experience with Varian, Elekta HDR, Eclipse, Oncentra, ARIA, and MOSAIQ
• Proficient in SRS, SBRT, and HDR procedures
• Capable of performing Radiation Safety Officer responsibilities
