Job Title: Therapeutic Medical Physicist
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area, TX (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: $220,000–$300,000 + $20,000–$30,000 Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview:
This position supports a busy radiation oncology center offering external beam radiation therapy and HDR brachytherapy services. Systems include a Varian TrueBeam, Elekta microSelectron HDR, Eclipse and Oncentra TPS, ARIA and MOSAIQ ROIS, and a full suite of QA tools. Responsibilities cover treatment planning, quality assurance and safety protocols including radiation safety.
Key Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP-accredited institution
• ABR certified (or equivalent)
• Full Texas licensure and RAM license eligibility
• Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam, Elekta HDR, Eclipse, Oncentra, ARIA, and MOSAIQ
• Experience with SRS, SBRT, and HDR treatments
• Ability to serve Radiation Safety Officer duties
