What You Will Do: As a Project Manager at Nabutec systems, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.   


Specifically, you will:   


  • Lead and Manage Projects: Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring all project deliverables are met. 
  • Develop Project Plans: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project schedules and work plans. 
  • Coordinate Team Efforts: Facilitate collaboration among team members, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring effective communication. 
  • Monitor Progress: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. 
  • Manage Budget: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met and providing financial reports and budget outlines to upper management. 
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, issues, and risks. 
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary. 
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Oversee project documentation, ensuring all project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, conduct post-project evaluations, and identify areas for future improvement.   


Qualifications:   


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.   


Skills:   


  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). 
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. 
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. 
  • Abilities: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines; capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
