As part of your role as Deputy Branch Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the service provided is compliant with the relevant CQC guidelines. The successful candidate will support the Registred Branch Manager and deal with the day to day running of the branch.
As a Deputy Branch Manager your role will include the following duties:
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care,
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards,
• build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals/ families/ and internal teams,
• Promote ownership of care by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care delivery within the service.
• Providing excellent customer service.
