Our client, a globally recognised hospitality design studio, is expanding its creative team to take on an ambitious new programme of QSR rollout projects across the UK.
For over three decades, this studio has been behind some of the industry’s most memorable hospitality environments, designing for leading international restaurant and leisure brands and crafting spaces that bring storytelling to life through materials, light, and texture. They are known for blending creativity, strategy, and technical craft to design interiors that feel effortless yet deeply considered.
Now, they are growing again, and they are looking for a Midweight Interior Designer ready to bring brand stories to life through expressive, buildable design.
The Role
You will join a close-knit team of designers, strategists, and technicians, working across every stage of the design process. From concept sketches and moodboards to detailed packs and on-site delivery, you will be at the heart of shaping hospitality spaces with impact.
Expect to:
• Develop creative concepts and design narratives for hospitality and QSR clients
• Produce drawings, visuals, and presentations with clarity and intent
• Specify FF&E and materials that bring brand character into physical form
• Collaborate with senior designers and technicians to ensure seamless delivery
• Present ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholders
It is a role for someone with curiosity, drive, and an instinct for both brand storytelling and functional design.
About You
You are an interior designer with a strong foundation in hospitality or F&B. You know how to turn creative thinking into buildable design and enjoy the rhythm of fast-paced, multi-site projects.
• Three to five years’ experience working in hospitality, F&B, or retail design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Strong eye for composition, materials, and narrative
• Organised, collaborative, and proactive in managing deadlines
• A team player who enjoys seeing ideas move from page to plate
