Interior Architect, Hospitality & QSR Rollout Projects
Birmingham | Hybrid Working | £40,000–£48,000 | Hospitality Design & Delivery
Our client, a global hospitality and F&B design specialist, is expanding its architecture and interiors team as part of a major new QSR rollout programme across the UK.
From their Birmingham studio, this team has helped shape brand experiences for some of the world’s leading hospitality operators, creating spaces where storytelling meets strategy, and detail drives delight. As they continue their evolution into a full 360º experience agency, they are now seeking an Interior Architect, a detail-minded designer who thrives at the point where concept meets construction.
The Role
This is a rare opportunity to work within a truly integrated design environment, one where creative thinking and technical execution live side by side.
As an Interior Architect, you will take design intent and give it form, translating creative vision into drawings, details, and documentation that make projects happen. You will work closely with interior designers, brand strategists, and project managers to deliver multi-site QSR and hospitality environments at speed and scale.
Day to day, you will:
- Develop full drawing packages from concept through to construction
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and build challenges
- Maintain company standards for detailing, documentation, and compliance
- Guide and mentor more junior technicians on rollout packages
- Contribute to the ongoing development of CAD standards and best practice.
It is a hands-on, design-literate position for someone who enjoys both creativity and precision, the architect of atmosphere and order.
About You
- You are methodical but imaginative, equally comfortable discussing a design concept or a building regulation clause.
- You bring balance to a busy, fast-paced studio and thrive in collaboration.• Degree in Architectural Technology, Interior Architecture or related field
- Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and construction detailing
- Understanding of planning, building control, and consultant coordination
- Experience working on hospitality, retail, or rollout programmes
- Confident communicator and natural problem-solver
