Role Objectives

  • Build end-to-end solutions within highly secure environments
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary Agile/Scrum team
  • Support and maintain multiple live systems (code and infrastructure)
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Managers to refine designs and product backlogs


Essential Requirements

  • Strong front-end development skills (JavaScript, React)
  • Experience with CI/CD automation
  • Git experience (e.g. GitHub or GitLab)
  • DevOps experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members


Desirable

  • Knowledge of security best practices and automation (e.g. Kubernetes security groups, mutual authentication, HTTP security headers)
  • Experience with modern development languages (NodeJS, Java, Python)
