We are looking for a professional Security Officer to join our client’s team in Bicester Village, working with a leading luxury retail brand. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious store while ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, and assets.What you’ll do:Provide a visible security presence in-store and around the boutique
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security standards
- Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents appropriately
- Liaise with store management on any security concerns
- Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures
What we’re looking for:
- SIA licence (essential)
- Previous security experience (luxury retail preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
