Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking skilled and semi-skilled construction workers to support various on-site building and infrastructure projects. Candidates will assist supervisors, foremen, and technical teams with daily construction activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project standards.

This role is ideal for individuals with practical construction experience who are committed to teamwork, safety, and delivering quality workmanship on site.

Assist supervisors and skilled tradespeople with daily construction and site operations.

Perform general construction tasks such as preparing materials, measuring, cutting, and assembling components when required.

Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

Support tasks related to building, repairs, installations, and site preparation.

Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite to ensure a safe working environment.

Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures at all times

Report any equipment faults, safety hazards, or site issues to the site supervisor or foreman.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in construction or manual labor is an advantage but may not always be required for entry-level role's

Basic knowledge of construction practices, tools, and workplace safety standards.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Good physical strength and stamina, with the ability to lift materials and stand for long periods.Willingness to follow instructions, learn new skills, and support different construction tasks.

Ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining reliability and a strong work ethic.
