We are seeking motivated and hardworking hospitality candidates to support various departments within hotels.

The ideal candidates will assist team leaders and supervisors in daily operations while ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency. Responsibilities may include supporting food preparation, housekeeping, guest services, maintenance, and general hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist supervisors and team leaders in daily hotel operations across different hospitality departments.

Support food preparation tasks when required, including basic ingredient preparation and simple cooking under supervision.

Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas, equipment, and service spaces.

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing supplies, stock, and inventory.

Follow operational procedures, service standards, and safety regulations at all times.

Support the team in delivering quality service to guests, including preparing service areas and ensuring proper presentation.

Maintain organized workstations and report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or operational concerns to the relevant supervisor.

Candidate Profile 

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is an advantage but not always required.

Basic understanding of service standards, hygiene practices, and workplace safety within a hospitality environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.

Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and perform hands-on tasks.

Strong willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to different departments and responsibilities.

Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues to ensure smooth daily hotel operations.
