Job Overview  

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused to join the hotel's service team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required 
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into POS systems 
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally 
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address concerns 
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure cleanliness throughout service 
• Process payments (cash/card), provide receipts, and handle bills accurately 
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service 

Candidate Profile 

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• Basic math skills for handling payments and billing 
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, dietary restrictions, and service etiquette is an advantage
