This is a brilliant opportunity to take a key role in international cash accounting operations within a business that values innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing professional development. You’ll help protect the integrity of financial data while also supporting process improvements across multiple international entities.

The role

Key responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliations, ensuring accuracy across cash and balance sheet areas

• Managing customer payments and VAT across multiple international entities

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies quickly, accurately, and with clear follow-through

• Forecasting and reporting support, including improving the accuracy of tender cost reporting at country and entity level

• Cash flow management, monitoring daily cash inflows from payment providers and ensuring timely, accurate transaction posting

• Foreign exchange, recording and reporting FX impacts related to third-party settlements

• Audit support, delivering audit sampling and helping local entity audits run smoothly

• Relationship management, working closely with third-party providers to ensure contract rates and settlement timings are adhered to

• Stakeholder engagement, building strong working relationships across the wider business

About you

Made Possible Recruitment is looking for a proactive, part-qualified accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.You’ll ideally bring:

• Part-qualified status (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) and relevant accounting experience

• Strong adaptability, able to manage competing priorities in a changing business

• Initiative and ownership, confident taking responsibility and contributing to improvements
