Overview
Our client is looking for a career administrator who takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and delivering excellent client service.
This is a client-facing administrative position where attention to detail, the ability to work at pace, and strong communication skills are essential. You will play a key role in supporting clients, client managers, and internal systems, helping to ensure a smooth and professional experience across the business.
They are specifically looking for someone who sees administration as a skilled, long-term profession and values consistency, responsibility, and building trusted working relationships.
The Role
You will provide administrative and client service support across two office locations, working closely with Client Managers and the wider team.
While based primarily in one office, you will support both locations as required.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and an integral part of the team supporting their largest and most complex client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication·
Answering incoming phone calls and handling client enquiries
Managing and prioritising multiple shared email inboxes
Welcoming clients on-site and coordinating meetings and appointments
Providing consistent, high-quality service to build long-term client relationships
Client Data & Administrative Support
Accurately inputting and maintaining client data within internal software systems and spreadsheets
Managing incoming and outgoing client records with care, accuracy, and confidentiality
Ensuring client information is complete, up to date, and correctly recorded
Supporting Client Managers with administrative tasks for their largest clients
Office & Operational Support
Coordinating diaries, meetings and internal holiday calendars
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (email and post)
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across both office locations
Ensuring offices are organised, well-stocked, and running efficiently
Systems & Process Ownership
Taking ownership of administrative systems and processes
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy
Supporting consistent and reliable ways of working across the business
Client Data Management & Financial Administration
Accurately inputting and maintaining client data within internal software systems and spreadsheets
Ensuring client records, documents, and data are complete, accurate, and up to date
Supporting simple financial administration such as invoicing coordination and expense tracking
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times

Experience & Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role
Experience working with client data and CRM systems
Confident working in a professional services environment
Driving licence required (supporting multiple office locations)
Right to work in the UK No formal qualifications are required.
Working Hours· Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm· Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm
