Job Summary

We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed vertical SaaS company transforming how real estate assets are operated and monetized.


With strong product-market fit and accelerating demand, the company is hiring a Director of Marketing to own pipeline generation and scale a modern, data-driven demand engine.


This is a hands-on leadership role managing a small, high-impact team (3) while building the strategy, systems, and execution needed to drive consistent revenue growth.


The Role


Own marketing & demand generation end-to-end—strategy through execution—focused on driving qualified pipeline across key real estate segments (owners, operators, asset managers).


You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to align on ICP, messaging, and conversion, while building a repeatable engine across inbound and outbound channels.


What Success Looks Like


0–90 Days:


  • Audit current funnel, channels, and conversion metrics
  • Align with sales on ICP, pipeline targets, and SLAs
  • Identify quick wins across paid, lifecycle, and outbound support
  • Begin optimizing lead flow and campaign performance


6–12 Months:


  • Build a predictable, multi-channel pipeline engine (paid, organic, partnerships, outbound support)
  • Improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates
  • Establish clear attribution and reporting across the funnel
  • Scale and develop a high-performing team of 3
  • Consistently deliver against pipeline targets tied to revenue goals 


What You’ll Own


  • Demand generation strategy and execution
  • Pipeline targets and marketing-sourced revenue contribution
  • Channel mix (paid, content, lifecycle, partnerships, outbound support)
  • Marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting
  • Team leadership and performance management


Ideal Background


  • 6–10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation
  • xperience owning pipeline targets and revenue metrics
  • Track record building or scaling demand engines in growth-stage companies
  • Experience selling into real estate or operational buyers is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on campaign execution ability
  • Experience managing small, high-output teams
