Job Summary

We’re hiring a proven VP of Sales to help expand our footprint across U.S. healthcare systems.


This is a growth-stage SaaS organization backed by leading private equity investors and experiencing strong momentum in ARR growth. The product helps large health systems improve workforce performance, compliance, and retention through a modern, data-driven platform.


The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, consultative leader who thrives in long, complex sales cycles and understands how to build trust and alignment across multiple stakeholders in healthcare environments.

Sales Motion: Net-new logo acquisition + strategic enterprise expansion


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Leadership & Execution
  • Own U.S. revenue outcomes, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Regional Sales Directors and SDRs
  • Personally support and close complex enterprise healthcare deals (6–24 month cycles)
  • Establish clear expectations around quota, activity, and performance
  • GTM System Design
  • Build and refine a repeatable enterprise sales motion (land-and-expand, bottom-up → top-down)
  • Operationalize MEDDIC across the organization
  • Partner closely with Marketing on events, inbound conversion, and pipeline creation
  • Collaborate with Partnerships to leverage healthcare ecosystems and channel motion
  • Operating Rigor
  • Own sales forecasting, board-level reporting, and KPI instrumentation
  • Design territories, coverage models, and hiring plans aligned to growth targets
  • Improve conversion rates across pilots, expansions, and multi-department rollouts
  • Create a culture of accountability, clarity, and professional sales excellence
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and executive team
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Customer Success based on field insight
  • Help shape pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy for large health systems


Ideal Background


  • 10–15+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with senior leadership experience
  • Direct experience selling enterprise healthcare software (HR, clinical, compliance, LMS, or adjacent)
  • Proven success scaling ARR in the $2M–$20M range
  • Deep familiarity with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles
  • Track record of building teams, not just inheriting them
  • Data-driven operator with strong command of forecasting, MEDDIC, and GTM metrics
  • Comfortable operating in PE-backed or capital-efficient environments
