Overview
We’re hiring a proven Account Executive to help expand our footprint across U.S. healthcare systems. This is a growth-stage SaaS organization backed by leading private equity investors and experiencing strong momentum in ARR growth. The product helps large health systems improve workforce performance, compliance, and retention through a modern, data-driven platform.The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, consultative seller who thrives in long, complex sales cycles and understands how to build trust and alignment across multiple stakeholders in healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting through close across assigned territories or named accounts.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes within large regional and national health systems.
- Partner closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy and customer messaging.
- Develop account strategies focused on both new logo acquisition and land-and-expand growth.
- Use data and insights to tailor proposals, build ROI cases, and influence executive decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline hygiene using CRM tools.
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Experience managing long sales cycles (6–18 months) with multiple decision-makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding ARR or ACV targets ($500K+ annual quota preferred).
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or other structured sales methodologies.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments — from director-level buyers to C-suite executives.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
