Job Summary
Lunar Executive Search has been retained to identify a Webinar & Events Manager for our client, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering market intelligence solutions to global enterprises. This is an opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer to design and execute programs that bring a brand to life, drive engagement, and fuel revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of webinars and select external events—turning ideas into impactful experiences that connect prospects with the business. From shaping content and managing logistics, to coordinating speakers and driving follow-up, you’ll play a central role in the demand generation engine. The right candidate will be highly organized, confident under pressure, and eager to create measurable impact through events and digital engagement.
Experience
2–4 years of experience managing B2B webinars and events
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple programs simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., On24) and CRM/marketing tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking ROI and optimizing performance
- SaaS or analytics/technology industry background preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Within 30 days – Review current webinar and events programs, tools, and performance results
- Within 90 days – Own the end-to-end process for webinars, including planning, promotion, moderation, and reporting
- Within 6 months – Deliver high-ROI webinars and events that generate qualified leads and pipeline contribution
- Within 12 months – Build scalable playbooks for recurring webinars, roundtables, and select external events to support revenue goals
- Collaborate with content, sales, and digital teams to maximize attendance and engagement
- Manage event logistics, speaker coordination, and sales enablement materials for field teams
- Measure success through attendance, engagement, lead conversion, and post-event pipeline impact
