Job Summary

Lunar Executive Search has been retained to identify a Product Marketing Manager for our client, a scaling SaaS company delivering market intelligence solutions to enterprise customers worldwide. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded product marketer who thrives at the intersection of product value, customer needs, and market opportunity. In this role, you’ll own the voice of the product—crafting positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, differentiation, and revenue growth. You’ll partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to launch new features, refine market fit, and enable the field with compelling narratives. The right candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, simplifying complexity and turning data into actionable stories that resonate with customers and prospects.



Technical Skills

- 4+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS or adjacent tech) - Track record supporting enterprise B2B subscription products - Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive adoption and revenue - Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills - Familiarity with SEO, content best practices, and demand generation alignment - Industry knowledge in market intelligence, supply chain, or commodities is a plu



Job Responsibilities

  • Within 30 days – Assess current product positioning, messaging frameworks, and GTM processes
  • Within 90 days – Lead messaging refreshes and GTM strategies for key products and features
  • Within 6 months – Partner with product and sales to launch major features, ensuring measurable adoption and revenue impact
  • Within 12 months – Establish scalable processes for competitor analysis, win/loss reviews, and persona-driven messaging to guide product and commercial strategy
  • Conduct customer and market research to refine ICPs, personas, and value propositions
  • Enable sales and customer success teams with compelling narratives, battlecards, and onboarding content
  • Define metrics for product marketing performance and continuously improve based on results
