Lunar Executive Search is proudly partnering with an growth-stage, leading SaaS & Data Services organization focused distinctly on helping industrial manufacturing and distribution organizations modernize their PIM/PLM systems and modernize their parts data management. They have recently launched a number of new product releases, seen significant increases in their marketing and partnership functions, and will be looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help drive net-new sales and fuel their next phase of growth. Experience
- Proven track record of closing high-five and six-figure enterprise software deals (50-100K+ ACV) within venture-backed, growth-stage SaaS organizations - Experience managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and close, ideally selling to technology and data buyer personas - Experience building prospecting, building pipeline, and closing net-new deals inside one or more of the following industries: industrial manufacturing and distribution (especially electronics, HVAC, and/or semiconductors), aerospace and defense, automotive, oilfield, and adjacent industries - Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc. - Demonstrated ability to land and expand within large enterprise accounts, working closely with customer success and account management teams - Strong background in consultative and value-based selling, with experience leveraging frameworks like MEDDICC or Challenger - Proven ability working successfully within small, growing teams, either as a founding salesperson or one of the first few in previous organizations - Highly self-motivated and process-driven individual contributor, able to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment - Experience working with leadership, marketing, and partnerships teams to drive pipeline generation and accelerate deals
