Role Overview - Enterprise Account Executive We are looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive with proven ability to own the development and execution of various expansion-focused sales programs within SaaS organizations. What we're looking for: - Proven track record of closing six and seven-figure enterprise software deals within venture or PE-backed, high-growth SaaS organizations - Experience managing complex sales cycles, from prospecting through negotiation and close, ideally selling to technology and HR buyer personas - Demonstrated ability to land and expand within large enterprise accounts, working closely with customer success and account management teams - Strong background in consultative and value-based selling, with experience leveraging frameworks like MEDDICC or Challenger - Highly self-motivated and process-driven individual contributor, able to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment - Experience working with SDRs, marketing, and partnerships to drive pipeline generation and accelerate deals Additionally, we encourage you to subscribe to our GTM Newsletter.
