Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to Canadian businesses,
- Following up on leads and identifying potential customers
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into customers
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and sales in the CRM system
- Provide professional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling objections effectively
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve performance.
