Overview
As a Plumbing Technician, you will focus on delivering high-quality commercial plumbing repairs and services without the pressure of sales. We are seeking strong candidates to work 3rd shift but are open to connecting if you are seeking 1st or 2nd shift. We service all of the Northern California region and do offer a take home vehicle and give you the option to start your route from home or a regional shop. The role includes a two-week training period followed by a three-month probationary phase. Ideal candidates will bring at least four years of recent commercial plumbing service and repair experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional and informative customer service to clients
Install, repair, or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters
Diagnose and resolve issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water systems
Maintain and service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, or lift stations
Troubleshoot pumps, fixtures, valves, and drainage, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
Clear clogged drains using cable machines, hydro jets, or camera inspections
Complete and submit service reports summarizing work performed after each job
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Operate company vehicles in compliance with department policies
Take on additional tasks as needed to support department goals
Requirements
Minimum of four years of recent, relevant commercial plumbing experience
Valid driver’s license with no more than two points or restrictions
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Proficiency in verbal and written English for mobile communication and reporting
