The business is looking for a commercially minded leader who can take ownership of the showroom, inspire the sales team and drive continued growth.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the showroom, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.

You'll play a key role in developing and motivating the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining high showroom standards and ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop the showroom sales team, creating a high-performing and motivated environment.
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members where required.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across showroom operations and customer service.

About You:

  • Previous experience managing a bathroom, kitchen or interiors showroom.
  • A proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both retail and trade customers.
  • Experience using CAD software would be advantageous, although not essential.
