Keystone Resourcing is working with a leading kitchen supplier based in Manchester who are looking for a Design Estimator to join their well established and experienced team on a full-time basis. 

Salary: £30,000, plus bonus potential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm. Office based. 

The Role:

• Producing accurate designs and estimates for kitchen layouts using Winner CAD Software and SMART system to cost up.
• Checking the design concept through every step of the process following the design of the kitchen and making amendments as and where needed.     
• Preparing completed designs/estimates into a tender presentation for the sales team to present to the client.      
• Preparing M&E drawings – Training provided.      
• Ensuring all designs and the specification is technically correct.      
• Interacting where necessary with clients and acting as sales support.       
• Working closely with the design and sales team.      
• Preparing quotes and supporting documents with accurate information.     
• Adhering to internal systems and procedures  
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure all deadlines are met. 

Candidate Requirements:       

• Experience as a Kitchen Designer/Estimator within the contract kitchen market.      
• Open to considering Kitchen Sales Designers who are experienced in quoting for multiple projects.     
• German or Dutch kitchen background would be advantageous.     
• Knowledge of Winner CAD software (1-2 years’ experience).    
• Experience and/or exposure to SMART software to cost up would be hugely beneficial.    
• Must be detail orientated, work accurately on own initiative, and to tight deadlines.      
• Ability to communicate efficiently with the wider contracts team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
