The Company:

Our client is a family run bathroom showroom with some enormous growth plans.

Due to several years of successful trading, they are now looking to take on an experienced Bathroom Designer who understands how to manage both trade and retail customers.

The Role:

• Maximising sales results while supporting customers in creating their ideal bathroom solutions
• Overseeing daily showroom activity, including scheduled consultations and ad hoc customer visits
• Producing tailored bathroom designs using 3D planning tools such as ArtiCad
• Advising customers on product choices, configurations, finishes, and optional upgrades
• Sourcing products and managing supplier orders in line with project requirements
• Receiving and organising incoming stock for planned installations
• Liaising with operations and fitting teams to coordinate deliveries and project timelines
• Keeping knowledge current across product ranges, suppliers, and industry developments

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience designing and selling bathrooms
• Experience dealing with both trade and retail customers
• Project management experience
• Knowledge of CAD
• A full UK driving license
