Customer Success Manager
West Yorkshire (full-time, office-based)
£35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) + bonus
The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading KBB CRM provider who are looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.
This is a highly relationship-focused role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of SME customers - helping them maximise the value of a market-leading software platform.
You’ll play a key role in driving customer adoption, retention, and growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing how customers use the platform to achieve their business goals.
The Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Directors and Managers.
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth, high-quality implementation experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and training sessions to drive engagement and value.
- Analyse customer usage and identify opportunities to improve performance and outcomes.
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and see them through to delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding back product insights and improvements.
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong track record of managing and developing customer relationships.
- Experience working with SME clients.
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with a focus on retention and growth.
- Experience with CRM systems or digital platforms (desirable).
- KBB industry experience (advantageous, not essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
