Job Summary

Keystone Resourcing are delighted to have partnered with a leading KBB supplier who are seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to take ownership of developing and securing new client relationships within an assigned region.


This position focuses on identifying opportunities, converting prospects, and building a consistent pipeline of business while maintaining a strong focus on near-term revenue delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting overall growth objectives by expanding the customer base and contributing to sustained revenue performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly objectives through successful acquisition of new clients.
  • Take full responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal completion.
  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline using outbound activity such as calls, email outreach, and industry networking.
  • Balance immediate sales wins with longer-term opportunity development to maximise overall revenue contribution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems, ensuring visibility of all activity and opportunities.
  • Provide reliable revenue forecasts and consistently deliver against projections.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Demonstrated success in a client acquisition-focused sales role, ideally within KBB market
  • The ability to effectively manage a defined geographical or sector-based territory, prioritising high-value opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, presenting solutions, commercial negotiation, and closing.
  • Confidence in handling commercial discussions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while protecting margin.
  • A consistent track record of delivering against sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-motivated attitude, with a results-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Experience working with CRM and CAD software within a KBB role
