Keystone Resourcing are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing supplier within the KBB sector, seeking a National Key Account Manager to support continued expansion across the UK market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in KBB sales to join a business known for quality products, innovation, and long-term customer relationships.
The Role:
This position will focus on driving new business across manufacturing, contracts, and retail DIY channels, while also managing and developing a portfolio of existing key accounts. The role is weighted towards new business requiring a proactive, hunter mentality combined with strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new customers, building a strong and consistent pipeline
- Manage and develop existing key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth
- Follow up on quotations, introduce new products, and maximise account potential
- Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities, and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the KBB industry is essential
- Proven track record in new business development and account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and management information tools
- Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially driven approach
