Our client is a well-established and growing kitchen retailer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality kitchen design and installation services across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee and drive their installation function.

The Role:

As Installations Manager, you will take full ownership of the installation process from order handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered:

• On time
• Within budget
• To the highest quality standards
• You will manage installers, subcontractors and internal teams, acting as the key point of contact between clients, designers and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end installation process for kitchen projects
• Plan and schedule installations effectively
• Coordinate and manage subcontracted installers and fitters
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections
• Ensure installations meet company and customer expectations
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Monitor installation performance, costs and timelines
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Improve processes and drive operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a kitchen installation / KBB environment
• Experience managing installers or subcontractors
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of kitchen products, fitting processes and site challenges
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
• Trade background (carpentry, fitting, joinery etc.)
