Our client is a well-established and growing kitchen retailer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality kitchen design and installation services across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Installations Manager to oversee and drive their installation function.
The Role:
As Installations Manager, you will take full ownership of the installation process from order handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered:
- On time
- Within budget
- To the highest quality standards
- You will manage installers, subcontractors and internal teams, acting as the key point of contact between clients, designers and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end installation process for kitchen projects
- Plan and schedule installations effectively
- Coordinate and manage subcontracted installers and fitters
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Ensure installations meet company and customer expectations
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor installation performance, costs and timelines
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a kitchen installation / KBB environment
- Experience managing installers or subcontractors
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of kitchen products, fitting processes and site challenges
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Trade background (carpentry, fitting, joinery etc.)
