Job Summary
🕒 Job Type: Full-time (including some Saturdays, with time off in lieu)
💰 Salary: Competitive basic salary, OTE: £30,000 – £40,000
The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Kitchen & Interiors Designer to join a well-established interiors studio, working alongside Sales Designers on a range of high-quality bespoke and German-manufactured kitchen projects. This is a design-led, non-sales role, focused on CAD design, technical detailing, and administrative support. It is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about producing well-considered, accurate designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and update CAD-based kitchen and interiors designs, including plans, elevations, 3D visuals, and worktop drawings
- Produce clear and accurate design quotations, including furniture and appliance specifications
- Provide technical and administrative support to Sales Designers
- Coordinate closely with installation and project management teams to support smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within internal design and CRM systems
- Build strong product and system knowledge to support the wider studio team
- Contribute positively to the ongoing development and success of the design studio
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience within a kitchen design and interiors environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design development and quotation preparation
- Experience using industry-standard kitchen design CAD software (Winner is ideal)
- Familiarity with project management or workflow systems is advantageous but not essential
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment
