Project Manager / Administrator – Kitchen Showroom
💰 Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience) £40k+ OTE

About the Role:
Our client, a leading high-end kitchen design and installation company, is seeking an organised and proactive Project Manager / Administrator to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or project coordinator or Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from order through to installation, ensuring smooth communication between designers, suppliers, fitters, and clients.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple projects at different stages of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of kitchen projects, from design handover through to completion.
- Liaise daily with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Track progress of orders and installations, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management systems.
- Assist with showroom administration, including stock management, scheduling, and general office support.
- Support the sales and design team with day-to-day administrative tasks and client updates.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to client contracts.
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, or construction.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project software is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
