As Operations Manager, your duties will include:

• Overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of the showroom, including logistics, installations, and management of fitting teams
• Scheduling and overseeing kitchen installations, ensuring all trades and materials are aligned to project timelines
• Liaising between designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients to resolve operational issues
• Monitoring progress on all projects and address delays or quality concerns proactively
• Managing stock control, delivery scheduling, and product quality checks
• Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve margins, and enhance operational output
• Ensuring post-installation service and snagging processes are managed effectively

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is currently an Operations, Project or Installation Manager within the kitchen sector, or even for a showroom-based Designer, who is looking to progress into this type of role.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years experience within the kitchen sector
• Demonstrated experience in operations / installation
• Experience managing fitting teams
• 'On site' experience
• A full UK driving license
