Job Summary

Keystone Resourcing are delighted to have partnered with a leading kitchen manufacturer who are looking to grow their contracts division with addition of an experienced Contract Sales Manager to cover the Central Southern territory.


Your key responsibilities as Contract Sales Manager:


  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue from housing developers and contractors.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers within customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.


The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years experience selling kitchens to housebuilders and developers
  • Up to date knowledge of market trends and building regulations
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A full, clean UK driving license
