About the Role:

Keystone Resourcing is delighted to be working with a prestigious independent kitchen and bathroom showroom based in Surrey. Renowned for creating beautiful, bespoke interiors with a focus on luxury, detail, and exceptional service, our client is now seeking a Senior Kitchen Designer to join their talented design team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced designer to work on premium projects, collaborating with discerning clients and turning their visions into reality for both end-user and some commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver inspiring, high-end kitchen and bathroom designs tailored to each client’s lifestyle and requirements
• Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer journey
• Provide expert product knowledge and guidance, showcasing premium finishes and design solutions
• Work closely with installation teams and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business
• Contribute to the overall success of the showroom, supporting colleagues and mentoring junior designers where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in kitchen design sales, ideally within the premium or luxury market
• Highly creative, with a strong eye for detail and design flair
• Proficient in kitchen design software (e.g. Fusion 2020, ArtiCAD, Winner Design, Virtual Worlds)
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and close high-value projects
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A polished, professional approach suited to a luxury retail environment
