We are looking for an experienced Temenos T24 Functional Analyst to support and deliver core banking projects within international banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from banking stakeholders

Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with Temenos T24

Configure and parameterize Temenos T24 / Transact modules

Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams

Support development, testing, UAT, and production go-live phases

Provide functional support and issue analysis

Contribute to continuous improvement of core banking processes

Functional EnvironmentTemenos T24 / Transact

Core banking modules: Accounts, Payments, Lending, Securities, Trade Finance (depending on projects)

Regulated banking environments

Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Required ProfileProven experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Analyst

Strong understanding of banking processes and core banking systems

Hands-on experience with T24 configuration and parameterization

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work with multicultural and distributed teams

Professional working proficiency in English
