Whether you’re an experienced electrical technician or a recent skilled trades graduate ready to launch your career, this is a great opportunity to join a stable manufacturing team with room for professional development and overtime.In this role, you’ll set up, maintain, and repair industrial machines and facilities, handle electrical work across the plant, and help keep production running safely and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose machine and equipment malfunctions and determine needed adjustments or repairs
• Dismantle, repair, or replace defective parts, including fabricating parts from metal stock
• Assemble and test machines to verify repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and upkeep on machine tools and equipment
• Complete electrical work with or without drawings, including running circuits, bending conduit, and wiring breaker boxes and switchgear
• Run and bend copper to connect rectifiers, and perform maintenance and troubleshooting on rectifiers
• Weld as needed
• Follow work order and job card procedures to track and complete jobs accurately and on time
• Comply with all Arc Flash safety standards
• Report issues to supervisors promptly and help train new employees as requested

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred
• Industrial maintenance or electrical experience and/or training (recent skilled trades grads welcome)
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on electrical skills
• Welding experience a plus
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
• Good judgment, organization, and ability to manage multiple jobs
• A team-first attitude
