About the Role

We’re seeking a seasoned food service leader to oversee large-scale operations across one or more sites. You’ll drive excellence in service, quality, and compliance while leading teams, managing financial performance, and building strong client partnerships. This is a high-impact role where results come through your ability to lead, influence, and negotiate across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multi-unit food service operations with a focus on quality, service, and compliance
• Manage and develop teams, including performance evaluations, pay reviews, and hiring decisions
• Own financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
• Drive strategic initiatives that support growth and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally on enterprise-level initiatives, including dotted-line or matrixed teams

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of management experience and 4 to 5 years of related food service experience
• Proven track record leading large, multi-unit, high-volume operations
• Strong leadership skills and a history of building engaged, high-performing teams
• Advanced financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance targets
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder influence skills
• A strategic mindset with hands-on operational agility
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
